The Sabelt Sim Racing Freestanding Single Monitor Stand is a standalone monitor stand designed for a single screen. Unlike direct-mount versions, this stand is not permanently attached to the cockpit frame. Instead, it stands independently on the floor, allowing the distance to the driver to be freely adjusted. The construction is based on robust 80 x 40 mm aluminum profiles and is perfectly matched to the Sabelt S-Series and X-Series cockpits. An included VESA adapter (75/100 mm) ensures compatibility with the majority of common gaming monitors.

Freestanding vs. Direct Mount – Which version is right for you?

The key difference between the Freestanding Single Monitor Stand and the Single Monitor Direct Mount lies in the mounting method and the resulting flexibility of the setup:

Freestanding Single Monitor Stand: The stand sits independently on the floor and its position is separate from the cockpit. The distance to the driver can be chosen freely and changed at any time without modification. This version is particularly suitable if you do not want the monitor firmly connected to the cockpit or if a more flexible setup is desired.
Single Monitor Direct Mount: The monitor is attached directly to the aluminum profile frame of the cockpit. This creates a compact, rigid unit where the monitor and rig form a fixed connection. The direct mount offers less flexibility regarding distance but provides maximum stability and requires less space in your sim racing room.

Note on Cockpit Compatibility

The Freestanding Single Monitor Stand is designed for the Sabelt S-Series and X-Series cockpits. It is not intended for the P-Series. Please check which cockpit series your model belongs to before purchasing. The VESA hole spacing of your monitor (75 mm or 100 mm) should also be verified before ordering.
