The Interlock Base Module + Rim is the ideal starting point for entering the world of modular Interlock steering wheel systems. You get the versatile modular core of the system, combined with a high-quality GSI steering wheel rim of your choice. This package gives you the flexibility to customize your setup over time with additional paddle shifters, clutches, or the optional LED matrix to suit your exact needs. Each component is perfectly matched to ensure a seamless upgrade.

The Interlock System: Flexibility Meets Performance

Every racer has their own idea of the perfect steering wheel. That's why the Interlock system is available in three versions—each a complete package, but all built on the same modular base. No matter where you start, each Interlock can evolve into any other version. You can even create a completely customized steering wheel with a compatible third-party rim.

The Interlock variants at a glance:

Ultra (the flagship): Unique GSI rim with seamlessly integrated LED matrix, interchangeable grips, and freely selectable paddle configuration.
Base Module + Rim (The flexible complete package): This product is a complete package with your choice of GSI rim (GT 320 mm, GT 300 mm, or Oval 320 mm). Configure it with or without an LED matrix to suit your style.
Base Module (The foundation): The foundation for your own steering wheel. Compatible with rims that use a 70mm hole pattern and meet the spacing requirements. Add the LED matrix for rims with a 55 mm horn hole.

The Interlock is ready for our upcoming GSI Powerlink-QR, our next generation of passthrough quick releases that deliver both power and data. It features a conventionally placed USB-C port under the hub for effortless connectivity. It is not only prepared for the GSI Powerlink-QR, but also for any passthrough QR that uses a USB-C connection— no need to open the steering wheel for customization. Dynamic power switching intelligently detects whether the connection is via the passthrough QR or the spiral cable, giving you maximum flexibility.
