Ascher Racing CashBack 2025

01. The Ascher Racing CashBack promotion is organized and run by: KW automotive GmbH, Aspachweg 14, 74427 Fichtenberg, Germany.

Participation in the “Ascher Racing CashBack 2025” promotion is open exclusively to private customers, regardless of their country of residence, unless restricted by local law. Commercial customers, including resellers and companies, are excluded from participation unless expressly stated in the promotion details. Only end customers who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate in the cashback promotion.
Cashback payments will be made directly by KW automotive GmbH.

All parties involved in the payment process act on behalf of KW automotive GmbH and are bound by the applicable legal provisions, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the relevant consumer protection laws.

02. This promotion is only valid for the purchase of a new Ascher Racing steering wheel and dashboard purchased during the promotional period from August 18 to October 31, 2025. The promotion is only valid for Ascher Racing steering wheels and dashboards sold as new and not as refurbished products. This condition also applies to steering wheels and dashboards purchased as part of a product package.

03. The customer will receive the following cashback/refund for the Ascher Racing steering wheel or dashboard purchased from an official Ascher Racing dealer or our official Ascher Racing webshop during the promotion period:

The cashback amount may vary slightly from country to country due to currency, VAT, and exchange rate differences. KW automotive GmbH pays the cashback in euros (€).
Each end customer is entitled to the cashback or refund for only one Ascher Racing steering wheel and one dashboard.
This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or partner codes. If other discounts are granted at the time of purchase, these will be deducted from the eligible cashback amount.

04. All products not listed in 03, as well as Ascher Racing products that have been used or won in competitions, are excluded from this promotion.

05. The refund will be made by bank transfer. Participants must have a bank account in their country of residence and provide their bank details so that KW automotive GmbH can transfer the cashback amount. All bank transfer fees incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final cashback payment.

06. If the refund under the temporary Ascher Racing CashBack promotion constitutes a taxable benefit, the recipient of the cashback amount is obliged to pay the taxes.

07. Employees of KW automotive GmbH and their family members, representatives of KW automotive GmbH, and persons professionally connected with this cashback promotion are excluded from participating in this promotion.

08. Customers residing in Russia, Belarus, Iran, and Iraq are excluded from participating in the cashback promotion.

09. By submitting the required documents, participants accept the terms and conditions of participation.

10. The Ascher Racing CashBack promotion will run as follows:
a) Participants must purchase one of the above-mentioned products (see point 2 / separate program for the Ascher Racing CashBack promotion) during the promotion period from August 18 to October 31, 2025. The date of purchase is the date of the invoice from KW automotive GmbH / subsidiary or the invoice from the participating Ascher Racing dealer.

b) Participants apply to take part via one of the following links:

By submitting the complete documents, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

c) Within 60 days of receipt of the complete documents and approval by KW automotive GmbH, the respective cashback amount will be paid to the participant by bank transfer.
Cashback payments will be made directly by KW automotive GmbH.

d) The refund will be made exclusively to the bank account specified during registration. The applicant is responsible for the accuracy of the bank details. KW automotive GmbH and its partners accept no liability for payment defaults due to incorrect information.

e) Participation in the AR CashBack promotion ends on November 16, 2025.

11. KW automotive GmbH reserves the right not to process incomplete, incorrect, altered, or illegal submissions. KW automotive GmbH accepts no responsibility for late submissions or submissions that are lost during transmission. If the participant does not receive any feedback from KW within four weeks of submitting their documents, they are requested to contact the following hotline number: +49 (0)7971 / 9630 -180.

12. KW automotive GmbH may reclaim the refund if the customer cancels the purchase for any reason.

13. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other sales promotions or special agreements with KW automotive GmbH offered during the same period.

14. KW automotive GmbH is entitled to terminate the promotion prematurely or to change the conditions of participation. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and in the event that the proper execution of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. In the event of a change to the conditions of participation, the participant will be informed immediately by email; the participant will be given a reasonable period within which to object to the new conditions of participation. The amended conditions of participation shall be deemed approved if the participant does not object within the period specified. The participant may not refuse to give their consent without good reason.

15. Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally permissible and comes closest to the content of the invalid provision. The same applies to any loopholes.

16. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising in connection with these conditions of participation is the registered office of KW automotive GmbH.

Privacy policy:
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with our cashback promotions.

2. Purpose of data processing: We collect and process your personal data exclusively for the purpose of carrying out our cashback promotions, including payment processing.

3. Legal basis for processing: Your data is processed on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. By participating in our cashback promotions, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with this privacy policy.

4. Disclosure of data: We only disclose your data to third parties to the extent necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes, such as to payment service providers or shipping service providers. Disclosure to third parties for other purposes will only take place with your express consent or if required by law.

5. Data security: We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Retention periods: We only store your data for as long as is necessary for the execution of our cashback promotions or as required by statutory retention periods. After this period, your data will be deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights: You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you, as well as the right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability in accordance with Articles 15 to 20 of the GDPR. You can contact us at any time to exercise these rights or if you have any questions about data protection.

8. Updating the privacy policy: This privacy policy may be amended from time to time. We will inform you of any significant changes in good time.
